Join us for a version of the HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) at Gnarly Fit—a streamlined, intense workout that mirrors the demands of a full HYROX race. This is your chance to test your strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What is the HYROX PFT?
The HYROX PFT is a combination of functional exercises and cardio movements designed to push your limits. The test includes the following exercises, all completed for time:

• 1000m Run

• 50 Burpee Broad Jumps

• 100 Stationary Lunges

• 1000m Row

• 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups

• 100 Wall Balls (6 kg for women, 9 kg for men)​

 

It's a fast-paced, high-intensity workout meant to give you a taste of the full HYROX race experience.

📍 Location: Gnarly Fit Gym 1919 E Kilgore Service Rd suite 106 Kalamazoo, MI 49004
🕒 Time: 1st Heat starts at 9am. Event should be done around 1pm.

💰 Cost: $40 

👕👚 Swag: Competition shirts will be provided for all participants
